I think in the future maybe I have finished my 510 hrs[free-study].Then, I want to look for a job straight away because I need to earn money to support my family for their future. After that,I want to go to the bank to open an account for my children.I want to help them as much as I can. I'm looking forward to see my children grow up beautifully and in good health forever.
Hopefully my husband will guide me & support me till the end of our life. In the future I hope this Amazing Country will be better on forever. I admire Australian People so much. If I succeed to my goal I want to give donation $20 every month out of my bank. I'm willing to help other people give them a lot of food to eat, clean water to drink. Esp. the children in AFRICA. They starving to death. So I do my best to support them as much as I can.

THE MELBOURNE CUP
Australiann horse race- the best-known horse race in Australia,which takes place each year on the first Tuesday of November. The first race was held in 1861. Horse Racing, Contest of speed between two or more horses, usually through breads, w/c are driven or ridden over a special course/one of the... Sports and Games.
Sweep- means those who win in the office they called it SWEEP. Sweep is the one running of the Melbourne Cup.
We are we looking for the 'Feather in Australia'. Millinary Feather Craft Boas Pens Peacock Ostrich Pheasant Flytying.
The Melbourne Cup been around since 1861, so it was almost 146 years ago. The final field for the 2007 Melbourne Cup was reduced to 21 with the scratching on Melbourne Cup Day of New Zealand horse Gallic, winner of the Moonee Valley Cup on OCTOBER 27 and of the Adelaide and Sydney Cups earlier in the year;
The Melbourne Cup officially launched OCTOBER 5. NOVEMBER in AUSTRALIA is best known as the month of Melbourne Cup...race course where Australia's most famous horse race is run in mid-afternoon. Melbourne Cup-called the REMEMBRANCE DAY in AUSTRALIA.
The First Australians gallery is the National Museum of Australia's largest and... have built onsite a 1920's mission hut which visitors can walk through.

Well, in my opinion in my country [Philippines] the most famous sports and games is
the "COCKFIGHTING" this is a little bit similar in the Australian Horse Race but only Two People riding up during the cockfight is on. Then,the rest of them they just watching and the people inside of the game sometimes they just betting up for
theirselves. The prices of the game usually it will happen when the person's inn meaning How much money you put in the game it will come out "double the prices if your hen did win.

Rockdale Town Hall English Migrant Information Day
Yesterday, my classmates and I went to the Migrant Information Day at Rockdale Town Hall. We left TAFE at 12pm. We all went there in different cars because some of my classmates can drive.
During the Migrant Day I was very interested to get more information about looking for different types of job. Unforately,I spent only one and a half hours there because I started to feel dizzy and felt like vomiting by the time the show was on.
When I arrived, I saw a lot of different kinds of performers.I saw 3 Indonesian Ladies dancing on the stage. They wore their traditional costumes. The costumes were yellow dresses. They were very good and I took some photos ofthem while they were dancing.
Then, I saw OLD GREEK PEOPLE dancing very well. It was fun! I enjoyed watching them. Suddenly, while they were dancing I started feeling hungry and I decided to buy something from the ASIAN SHOP located inside Town Hall. I found that the food was good. I bought my lunch food from there and I enjoyed eating it. Unfortunately, I couldn't stay for the rest of the show because like I said I started feeling sick so I decided to go home early.

My name is Jocelyn I come from the Philippines. I have 3 sisters & 2 brothers. I hope I can go to visit them one day. I miss them very much - my parents, my friends & my relatives. I have 3 boys. My husband is Greek-Australian. My first job in Australia was as a cashier in the Sans Souci Fruit Market.
At the moment I'm studying at TAFE. My hobbies are watching the series called Home & Away everyday at night and I love to go to the shopping mall. My husband & I always watch movies at the cinema. In my school at TAFE I feel very happy because Marion taught me how to use the computer. It's one of my dreams that someday I will learn about this & how to use it correctly.
